At Novacolor Italian Finishes, I was responsible for the brands comprehensive digital strategy. I designed and developed the website, focusing on its architecture, user experience, and conversion-oriented calls to action. I implemented measurement tools such as Google Analytics and tracking pixels to optimize data-driven decisions. I planned and executed Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns in collaboration with the head of the department, defining targeting, budgets, and objectives. I actively participated in metrics analysis and continuous optimization to improve performance and return on investment. I also managed the social media accounts (Instagram and Facebook), developing visual content, promotional graphics, and digital materials such as brochures, maintaining brand consistency and strengthening online presence. In addition, I created Google Slides presentations for sales meetings, where I presented strategies, results, and improvement proposals to clients.
